JT Services use computer aided design software to design all bespoke lifting solutions. This enables fast and effective progression from concept to approval drawings, 3D models and full engineering drawings prior to manufacture.

 

All designs comply with the latest standards for lifting equipment, and are designed to the agreed safe working load (SWL) or working load limit (WLL). where applicable a proof load is built in to the safety factors. The computer aided software allows quick stress calculation and 3D modelling to show stress points in the design.

In addition to our own work we can turn your sketches into 3D CAD Models and run FEA analysis on your project, produce drawings and electronic files for laser cutters and machinists.
